It is important that when living in care, the older adult does not lose links with the community. We offer 24/7 care for people over the age of 65 with general nursing needs. We strive to deliver the best person-centred care. We are CQC registered, and hold 4 stars from the Food Standards Agency (rated October 2023) and we scored 97% on our Infection Prevention Control Inspection by the IPA (rated January 2023).
Choosing a care home is never an easy decision. It is often a sudden decision taken after a loved one has been admitted to hospital. We are here not only to deliver the best care for our residents but also to support their family as their loved one transitions from life at home to living with support in a nursing home. We also have CCG contracted beds for those who are well enough to leave hospital, but require further rehabilitation before going home and will usually leave us with a package of community care following assessment by physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
At Hollycroft Care Home we offer 24-hour nursing care provision for people over the age of 65. On enquiring about a place at Hollycroft, all potential residents’ needs are assessed and an offer of a placement is subject to a nursing needs assessment. The resident, their families and advocates need to be part of the care planning process.

Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals is committed to providing the highest level of compassionate care, ensuring that each resident feels valued, respected, and part of our community.
We provide a safe and homely environment with round-the-clock care promoting a sense of independence, calm and well-being for our residents. All rooms have disabled access with a lift and stair lift available. We offer respite care on a short or long-term basis, as well as permanent placements.
Located in the heart of Stourbridge, we are close to the High Street, in a secluded road with visitor parking available. Life at Hollycroft is full of activity. When you walk into Hollycroft you will be made to feel welcome. We’re a lively home, with warm and welcoming staff and we love to have a range of activities on offer for all our residents.
